Policy & Procedures

In order to provide the best service for our students, we have developed a set of procedures and policies to protect our clients and the instructors. Please read below:

  1. All privates and workshops must be booked online and paid in FULL! There are no refunds!!!
  2. When selecting a session it must be scheduled on the calendar for bookings to appear on instructors calendar. Failure to schedule an appointment may result in losing desired booking time. 
  3. Please arrive at the booking appointment 10 minutes early to allow time for changing or pre-stretching. Late arrival will result in less time for the session and will not be able to be made up.
  4. You must reschedule any bookings 24 hours before desired time or you will forfeit 50% of your payment. Failure to appear for an appointment will result in full loss of payment. 
  5. Private sessions can be split up to 2 athletes. Choreography will allow for up to 3 dancers at an additional rate. 
  6. Masterclass and workshops must be paid in advance. If collecting payments from students please reach out to the instructor to communicate payment processing. Masterclass and workshops must have a minimum of 10 students but no more than 15. 20 athletes will require booking two masterclasses and workshops. 
  7. In order to receive adequate instruction that is enriching we keep our ratio at 1:10. 
  8. Clients are responsible for any damage that occurs to instructors equipment.
