In order to provide the best service for our students, we have developed a set of procedures and policies to protect our clients and the instructors. Please read below:
- All privates and workshops must be booked online and paid in FULL! There are no refunds!!!
- When selecting a session it must be scheduled on the calendar for bookings to appear on instructors calendar. Failure to schedule an appointment may result in losing desired booking time.
- Please arrive at the booking appointment 10 minutes early to allow time for changing or pre-stretching. Late arrival will result in less time for the session and will not be able to be made up.
- You must reschedule any bookings 24 hours before desired time or you will forfeit 50% of your payment. Failure to appear for an appointment will result in full loss of payment.
- Private sessions can be split up to 2 athletes. Choreography will allow for up to 3 dancers at an additional rate.
- Masterclass and workshops must be paid in advance. If collecting payments from students please reach out to the instructor to communicate payment processing. Masterclass and workshops must have a minimum of 10 students but no more than 15. 20 athletes will require booking two masterclasses and workshops.
- In order to receive adequate instruction that is enriching we keep our ratio at 1:10.
- Clients are responsible for any damage that occurs to instructors equipment.
